Cancellation Policy

- You must have attended an assessment prior to joining an IGP group session. - Be respectful of others' training. - Keep your dog in your vehicle while others train unless asked otherwise. - Spectators must have permission before attending. - Check the group WhatsApp or your emails including the junk folder before attending for any changes to the session, including time or location. - Respect the privacy of others: do not post footage where conversations can be overheard. - Seek permission before posting content with visible handlers or dogs. The prior specified rules for recording still apply. -Please be aware the displayed duration of service is an estimate which is subject to variation based on group size ands the individual dogs participating  -Cancelation or rescheduling require 24 hour notice , for changes made outside this window 100% of the session fee (minus any deposit paid) becomes payable, and will be charged via your saved card, if this card payment fails you should reach out immediately to arrange payment,  you will be suspended without notice from further bookings until payment is made. - It is your obligation to maintain all of your own equipment during the session. Please ensure all equipment is safe and suitable for use to prevent accidents or injuries.​ - You are fully responsible for the safety and wellbeing of your dog throughout the training session. - Any damage caused to people or property by your dog is your sole responsibility. Please ensure your pet is controlled and supervised at all times. -Payments can be made in cash or you can contact us prior to the session to arrange a bank transfer or electronic invoice. ​​​ ​​ ​​ ​​ 9.Weather Conditions Policy - In the event of adverse weather conditions, such as a Met Office red weather warning, or if K9 Pad determines the conditions to be unsuitable for safe training, sessions will be rescheduled. - The final decision regarding the suitability of weather conditions for training will rest solely with K9 Pad. - Refunds or rescheduling will not be provided for cancellations due to non-hazardous weather, such as rain or mild cold temperatures. - Owner preferences or discomfort related to normal weather inconveniences like cold or wetness will not qualify for rescheduling or refunds. -Any refunds terms and conditions can be found https://www.thek9pad.co.uk/english-terms-conditions privacy policy can be found https://www.thek9pad.co.uk/english-privacy-policy
