We are open as follows:

Sundays: CLOSED all day
Opening hours differ over the Christmas and New Year period - please contact us for details.
All dogs coming for boarding must be vaccinated for the following:
• Leptospirosis (L2 or L4)
• DHP (Distemper, Hepatitis and Parvovirus)
• Kennel Cough
The vaccination expiry date must be AFTER the end of your dog's stay with us.
We require copies of your dog's vaccination certificate to meet our licensing commitments. You can upload your certificate into our online booking system.
If your dog has behavioural issues or falls into the Dangerous Dogs Act or Breed Specific Legislation, then you MUST book a chargeable assessment session prior to booking a stay. This allows us to ensure we have a suitable care plan and dedicated member of staff to support your dog's stay.
Contact us to book a boarding assessment.
You must provide all all food required by your dog for the duration of its stay with us. Where possible, please portion your dog's food into daily allowances. It is strongly advised that you provide some additional food as some dogs can expend more energy than usual during a kennel stay.
We will provide all bedding, toys and bowls for your dog during its stay. If you require a slow feeder or raised bowl for your dog, please let us know at time of booking.
On arrival at the K9 Pad, please go to Reception and let us know you are here. If you are dropping your dog off with us, we kindly request that you keep your dog in your vehicle until we ask you to bring it out. Our staff may be in the kennels when you arrive but please remain in reception and they will be with you as soon as possible.
We have dog training classes running on site throughout the day - please do not enter the training field or disturb the dogs.
Your dog must be kept on a lead and under control at all times while on our premises.
No, we only board dogs.
Yes, we board both intact dogs and bitches.
In-season bitches are welcome to board with us - we have strict protocols about your pets only interacting with those from the same household, where you have advised that this is appropriate.
If you would like to board more than one dog from your household with us, you have the option for your dogs to share a kennel. Our licence conditions specify how many dogs of what size can share a kennel (from the same household) and we must adhere to this.
Where dogs do share a kennel, it is your responsibility to ensure that they can be left unattended. All dogs will be fed separately, regardless of whether they are sharing a kennel or not.
Please refer to the Terms and Conditions regarding dogs sharing kennels.
Please go to the online booking system to request a change or contact us directly.
Yes, of course you can! We offer 2 options:
1. A 10 minute free of charge viewing during opening hours. You do not need to book in advance, but you may need to wait for a member of our team to be free to talk with you and show you the kennels. Your dog must wait in your vehicle during this slot.
2. A 50 minute chargeable meet and greet session during opening hours. You will spend this time with a member of our team who will give you and your dog a comprehensive tour of our kennel facilities. The charge for this session is £60 and your dog will have access to our training field.
You MUST book this visit in advance by calling the office.
