Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a session, please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel your session within 24 hours of your scheduled session, 100% of the session fee will become payable, You may, at the discretion of The K9 Pad, be suspended without notice from further bookings until payment is made. The K9 Pad reserves the right to request full payment up front for any sessions in the event of persistent cancellation/rescheduling.
